Audi e-tron Sportback Japan Premiere
イベント「Audi e-tron Sportback Japan premiere」のトータルディレクションを行いました。
今回のテーマ「sustainability」に合わせ、会場全体も解放的なレイアウトでグリーンを基調とした装飾に。
来場者の皆さまがAudi e-tronの世界観を感じられるイベントになりました。
また、9月17日には柴咲コウさんを招いたプレス発表会、尾上松也さんを招いたレセプションパーティーで、
インフルエンサーの方々にもご参加いただき、Audi初の電気自動車を盛大にお披露目いたしました。
さらに、9月18〜19日は一般の方向けに試乗会を実施し、幅広いお客様にAudi e-tron Sportbackをご体験頂きました。
コロナ渦でのリアルイベント開催ではありましたが、イベント自体を2部制かつ少人数の招待に限定し、
弊社のLINE予約管理システム「WeCALL」を使い事前予約入場にしたことで徹底した対策が可能に。
お客様にも、WITHコロナの中で安心してご来場頂きました。
GENEROSITYの撮影コンテンツとして、オフィシャルフォトスポットの「#MirrorSnap」の導入や、
人では撮影できない角度から動画撮影ができる「ロボットアーム」を導入。
ご来場の記念として、普段撮れないような撮影データをお持ち帰り頂けるよう、コンテンツをご用意いたしました。
In line with the theme of the event, "Sustainability," the entire venue was decorated in green tones with an open layout. The event was designed to allow visitors to feel the world of the Audi e-tron.
On September 17, a press conference with Kou Shibasaki and a reception party with Matsuya Onoe were held to unveil Audi's first electric vehicle with the participation of influencers. Furthermore, on September 18-19, we held a test drive event for the general public, allowing a wide range of customers to experience the Audi e-tron Sportback.
Although this was a real event held at Corona daisy, we limited the event itself to two parts and a small number of people, and we were able to take thorough measures by using our LINE reservation management system "WeCALL" to make reservations in advance. The guests were able to come to the event with peace of mind in WITH Corona.
As part of the "GENEROSITY" photography content, we introduced the official photo spot "#MirrorSnap" and a "robot arm" that can shoot video from angles that cannot be taken by humans. As a memento of your visit, we prepared contents so that you can take home data that you would not normally be able to take.
